Batiflo® is the first ready-made system to protect building constructions in risk-zones : floods or earthquakes measuring up to 8 on the EMS98 scale.

Its licenced process enables a building construction to float. Houses, roads, workshops or car parks can be entirely protected against floods.

They are easy to use, easy to move, durable and reliable and help to reduce the building's environmental impact.

Visit our corporate headquarters

Still being constructed, our corporate headquarters' delivery is a matter of weeks. Entirely secured and built in a level 4 risk-area, it will feature 180 m² of living space on two floors.

The building materializes the company's entire risk control know-how. Complying with all the HQE* standards, it combines innovation with technology and.. quality of life. The first tenants will arrive in October 2008.

A floating restaurant

This plan is aiming to develop recreation equipment for the entire lake. If we know how to secure buildings from flood risks, then we can also build floating houses.

This project symbolises the quintessence of Batiflo's products, a succesful combination of quality of life, economic relevance and sustainable development.
